Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

  1. Delivery Timeframe: We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen. If you have questions about your delivery please contact michael@movesportscare.com

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. The available methods will be displayed at checkout.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  4. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  5. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

  6. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s). You can mail us at michael@movesportscare.com

  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

  6. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting us for a return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
